The Small Print

  1. We request you keep within the boundaries of the park as outlined on our website map link, information gazebo and event guide you receive on arrival. Out of respect for our neighbours and the expected farming activities, please adhere to all private/and no entry signs.
  2. Visitors give their consent to the use of the actual or simulated likeness in connection with the promotion of future events at the Global Retreat Centre, photos, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
  3. ‘Peace in the Park’ is about creating harmony and peace and so anti-social behaviour is unwelcomed therefore we may have to refuse your entry or ask you to leave the site. Right of Admission Reserved (R.O.A.R.)
  4. Broken glass is dangerous. Please don’t bring glass into the grounds.
  5. Campervans or motor-homes, caravans or trailer-tents are only permitted if parking for the day of the event and not for overnight stay.
  6. No pet animals are allowed on the festival site other than assistance dogs.
  7. We reserve the right to change the programme of events without notification.
  8. Please note this event takes place in gently undulating parkland. The walking surface is predominantly grass and can be uneven on coarse grass. There are steps at various points close to the house. Within the house there is a stair case and lift.
  9. We ask parents to supervise their children at all times, within the grounds, around wells and ponds, at all activities and on any equipment.
  10. Weather: If raining please be cautious of slippery surfaces. If sunny/hot please bring sun creams, shades and hats to protect yourself.
  11. As with any outdoor space in summer, there will be a variety of insects and pollen in the environment. There is first aid at the Information Tent or via reception 01865 343 551  or any member of our Peace in the Park team, easily identifiable by their bright green T–shirts.
  12. Please be aware cakes and snacks may contain nuts, or traces of nuts.
  13. We are not able to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or other property howsoever caused.
